The room was cozy, bright decor, plus the staff was outstandingly accommodating.

double superior room, approachable staff, great value for money. the staff created a quiet atmosphere. the breakfast was absolutely superb, had plenty of food like sausages and fresh fruit. the location was ideal, next to center and machu picchu and the airport.

Cozy and clean hotel, the staff is consistently courteous. Updated and en suite rooms with comfortable couches as well as heater.

Facility was spotless and wonderful small. A great selection of food at breakfast, I loved slices of fresh bread, cereal and eggs. Pleasant location to catedral.

Staff were brilliant, hotel was spotless, set in really quiet area near to the center of Cusco and a residential area. Rooms with tea and a great view and a well appointed bathroom.

Wi-Fi was low; modest breakfast, a little disappointed.

I loved this hotel. I would pointed out staff and rooms, that were beautiful and the venue was lovely welcoming. The room was very spacious, large bed. Breakfast had lots of options, coffee, tea, breads, cereal and eggs. Late check-out was useful.

Room was warm and gorgeous, staff was supportive. I loved incredibly exceptionally comfortable bed in the room. The breakfast here was FAIRLY GOOD with coffee and oats as well. Early check-in and exceptional customer service. Terrific stay in the very quite area.

Facilities were basic, however WiFi was low.

Absolutely fabulous location, amazing bed, quiet gardens. A natural beach, panoramic view. Besides, it was within walking distance of downtown, that worked for us.

The staff was caring, the beds were big, and the breakfast was nice hot. I booked modern extremely spacious room. The bathroom was fairly clean and overall it was spotlessly clean.

Excellent breakfast and great service. The owner was lovely. We had a nice hills view. Come, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel.

We appreciated rooms and the comfort, the hotel had everything we required for our trip. When I arrived the hostess was excellent. A twin bed was a bonus.

Honestly no complains at all. Staff was just excellent! Chifa Status is literally 900 ft away.
